< >　　据了解，转基因玫瑰是用我国北方一个优良的观赏、产业两用型品种为受体，利用转基因技术，把耐盐碱、耐干旱转基因转移到新品种上选育而成的。毕琰玉说，公司<FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT>年初就开始对转基因材料进行筛选，经过<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>年多的试种试验，发现转基因玫瑰在滨海土壤含盐量为<B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT></B><B >～<FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT></B><B >‰</B>、内陆土壤含盐量为<B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT></B><B >～<FONT face="Times New Roman">15</FONT></B><B >‰</B>、<B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">H</FONT></B><B >值<FONT face="Times New Roman">9.5</FONT></B>左右的盐碱地生长良好。在干旱贫瘠地区<B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">60</FONT></B><B >天降雨量为零</B>时能正常存活，在<B >降雨量低于</B><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="300" UnitName="毫米"><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">300</FONT></B><B >毫米</B></st1:chmetcnv>的地区生长正常。耐寒，在<B >－</B><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="38" UnitName="℃"><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">38</FONT></B><B >℃</B></st1:chmetcnv>地区无冻害。<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>

< >　　水木中天选育转基因耐盐碱玫瑰，最初的目的是作为盐碱地地区玫瑰产业开发使用的，因其观赏效果好，又决定作为盐碱地地区城乡绿化品种推广。目前，天津绿化工程部门已从该公司订购了数千株转基因玫瑰。</P>
